RTF Networks | Customer experience is a vital part of the service RTF Networks offer

We understand that effective communications are vital to the smooth running of your business. As such, a proficient installation, support and on-going care is crucial to the start of any business relationship.

Customer experience is a vital part of the service RTF Networks offer – and it is essential we get this right from the start.

Once you have agreed to bring your telephone system over to RTF it will be project managed from start to finish. You will have a specialist assigned to you at each point of the install, from the build of your hosted telephony portal and how you want your phone system to work, to the Broadband connection it needs to run off. You will be told who will be dealing with this for you so you always have a point of contact.

The initial stage for RTF Networks will be to liaise with you and understand exactly how your business is run and tailor your telephone system to suit your business needs. RTF see this as the most essential part of any installation we do.

We will then arrange an install date and confirm dates and times with you, and who your RTF Engineer will be.

We will endeavour to make sure any installation has as little disruption to the daily running and continuity of your business.

RTF Networks will tailor any training requirements to the customer’s new telephone system.

Training is completed on the day of installation to ensure the customer is comfortable with their new system immediately.

There are two forms of training; handset and portal training. As the telephone system is hosted the portal can be accessed from anywhere in the world with an internet connection.

The portal can be amended easily, if a certain call flow is not working for the business this can be amended by the customer or by the RTF Networks Support Team, any changes will take effect immediately.

The RTF engineer will not leave site until the customer is satisfied with the training and will provide electronic user guides for reference. There are also portal and handset training videos on the RTF Networks website.

For larger businesses, we offer group training sessions which can be split as the customer requires, we understand you’re running a business while we are installing and try to minimise disruption as much as possible.

Additional training can be purchased if refreshers are required, this can be on site or webinars.

Network Cabling Services>

Prior to installation of the new hosted telephone system an engineer will attend site to ensure the infrastructure is adequate to install a VoIP solution.

If further structured cabling is required, the engineer will complete a full site survey and provide a quotation to complete to works.

Upon acceptance, this phase will be built into the project. RTF Networks can provide all networking equipment from communications cabinets to PoE switches.

System Maintenance>

RTF Networks has a highly-qualified support team, who are all specialists in different areas. Our support team will cover Horizon hosted telephony, broadband, Ethernet circuits and WLR.

Faults can be reported through to this team, and they will keep you updated on the progress of the fault.

All handsets and switches provided by RTF Networks come with a standard 1 year warranty.

Your experience is very important to us, as a standard service RTF Networks will arrange for one of our engineers to visit site a year after your initial installation. The engineer can consult and recommend cabinet tidies to reduce faults, help with additional equipment required, adjust call flows and generally ensure the system is working efficiently for the customer.
