What did RTF Networks do?
Smith & Western used paper Feedback cards to capture details of the customers experience and then manually transferred these details into an excel spreadsheet for marketing. This became very time consuming for them on a daily basis.
After a meeting with the owner and presenting the benefits of Data capturing to them as well as the time and money saving they will go through. We went through a process of site surveys to understand the existing infrastructure. This enabled us to provide a comprehensive proposal for their wants and needs.
The customer was happy that we had provided a solution to make marketing an easier and more cost-effective process for them.

Turner Contemporary:

Turner Contemporary had an ageing Telephone System, with an expensive Fixed Line setup, that the customer had completely outgrown, and was also having trouble to maintain. On top of this, they also had poor Internet speeds, which were affecting the way the Gallery operated.

Having met with Turner Contemporary, and having conducted a full review of their Telecoms, I advised them that the best solution for the Gallery, would be to migrate them across to a fully Hosted Telephony solution.

To resolve their poor Internet speeds, I provided Turner Contemporary with a fully managed Fibre Lease Line, which we then overlaid with 34 seats of Hosted Telephony, giving the customer not only a cost-effective alternative, but, a system which they could manage their selves, via an online portal.

The move over to Hosted Telephony also futureproofed the Gallery, but, at the same time, gave them the ability to benefit from all the features and functionalities, such as Smartphone Apps, Call Recording, Call Queuing, Mobile Twinning, free calls and a Conferencing facility.

The customer was happy that I had gone through the process of offering a consultative approach, but, at the same time, giving the Gallery a solution that met their every needs.
